Individual ticket and table purchases are non-refundable and include all applicable sales taxes. Individual tickets are non-tax deductible. Table purchases and donations/gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. All donations/gifts eligible for tax deduction will be issued an official receipt under separate cover from the Auburn University Foundation. Proceeds generated from ticket sales, table purchases and donations will be used to fund The Hospitality Gala. Proceeds generated from the silent and live auctions will benefit the Hospitality Management program’s educational initiatives.
Please note: Payment for all live and silent auction items must be made on the evening of the event. Cash, credit/debit card and check payments will be accepted onsite. Bids to purchase auction items are legally binding contractual agreements and cannot be altered in any way after acceptance of final winning bid. In the event a winning bid is not paid on the night of the event, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder for purchase. All bids must be made in person during the auction; call-in or proxy bids are not allowed.
