A 36-year hotel industry veteran, Marcus Repp joined Noble House in 2021, overseeing F&B operations across all hotels. A Certified Master Chef from Germany, he trained at the prestigious Master Chef School in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. His global experience spans three continents, including roles in the Caribbean and Russia. Previously, he led F&B at Lansdowne Resort and was instrumental in launching the Westin Dawn Beach in St. Maarten. Since 2024, Marcus has also served as VP of Root to Table, a nonprofit dedicated to culinary sustainability and community engagement.
