Silvia Baracchi, inspired by her family’s passion for cuisine and tradition, opened Il Falconiere in 1989, focusing on innovative dishes and hospitality. In 1992, with her husband Riccardo, they expanded with the first 9 rooms of their Relais, now featuring 31 rooms and a Michelin-starred restaurant. Silvia’s collaborations with chefs worldwide have enhanced her expertise, and her Cooking School, named after Cooking Under the Tuscan Sun, celebrates Tuscan food and lifestyle.
